Description official description
WipEout 3 is a futuristic racing game where the player pilots a high speed hover craft around a series of themed circuits, competing against a number of aggressive opponents. Enhancements for this version include full frame rate hi-res graphics, split-screen multiplayer, improved opponent AI, additional game modes including challenge and eliminator and a more accessible difficulty curve.

The best futuristic racing game.
The Good
First of all i really like the style of this game. A lot of racing games like this one use a very 'flashy' kind of design like in Rollcage (this is nothing against Rollcage ofcourse Rollcage is also very cool). Wip3out uses a simple design; for instance
the main menu is completely grey with some white and black and that is so cool.
When a siple design is made, all the eye candy are masked from the user/player
so that people are more stunned then with a 'flashy' design. Sony's PS2 also uses this kind of design.
The music is also fabulous. The music in this game is from: Sasha, Paul van Dijk, The Propellorheads, MKL, The Chemical Brothers and some others.
The Graphics are beautiful. The framerate is very good considering the resolution (for PSone that is). The Racingtracks are also very good. I loved all those 'cat balloons' scattered throughout some tracks.
And of course the jets also look very cool and the logo's of every team.
Especially the logo's from: Goteki 45, Auricom and Feisar
The Bad
Nothing. Absolutly nothing!!
The Bottom Line
Art. This game is art. But besides that his game is more thrilling then any other game of it's kind (futuristic racing).
