Steve has been in the games industry since the early eighties, starting as a programmer until reaching positions such as Director of External Development for Sony Psygnosis or Director of Strategy for one of Europe’s top mobile games company before starting Traveller's Tales in Oxford. As the former Director of External Development for Sony Psygnosis Ltd Steve led the external development for Psygnosis in Europe, USA and Australia and headed the acquisition and development of many world class companies to the SONY label.
On 17th July 2006, Steven Riding joined Outso Ltd, a European outsourcing company serving development studios and publishers in Europe and the US.
