Borys Las-Opolski started his career in 1999, when he won a game art competition held by the German issue of "Next Generation" (Issue 12/1998).

He then accepted a job offer by VCC Entertainment GmbH & Co.KG, developer of Killer Loop and worked on titles like Magforce Racing (2001), Alarm für Cobra 11 (2001) and the Skijumping/RTL Skispringen 2000-2004 series (1999-2003).

He joined 49Games GmbH in 2004 and worked on titles like Torino 2006 (the official game of the XX Winter Olympic Games), RTL Skijumping 2005-2007, Wintersports Series, Summer Athletics Series.

49Games closed its doors in 2011 and the whole team joined Bigpoint GmbH. Borys is currently working on Bigpoint's next generation MOBA "Shards of War".
