Taisuke Kanasaki has been working in the game industry since he was 18 years old, starting his career at Technosoft Co. He later joined a team within Red Company to make Gate of Thunder and Lords of Thunder
He and the rest of team Red Thunder left and went to Kyushu to found CAProductions. Kanasaki worked there for about four or five years, and did the character designs for b.l.u.e. Legend of Water.
After leaving CAProduction, he returned to his hometown of Fukuoka, and joined Riverhill Soft Inc out of an appreciation for their adventure games.
...However, Riverhill Soft was experiencing an exodus of staff to form Level 5, and the company disintegrated shortly after he joined.
Kanasaki then worked as a lecturer at a vocational school for a while, however after meeting Takuya Miyagawa and Rika Suzuki he joined CING, where he would design characters for Trace Memory, Hotel Dusk, and Last Window. After CING went bankrupt, Kanasaki moved to Arc System Works to be the Game and Character Designer for Chase: Cold Case Investigations.
